PUBLIC OFFER
Glavkosmos, a Joint Stock Company (TIN: 7707769361, OGRN (PSRN): 1127746090988, registered at: Gilyarovskogo st., 39, building 3, office 11/I/7, Moscow, Meschansky municipal district, 129110, Russian Federation), hereinafter referred to as the "Seller", publishes this Public Offer for the sale of goods by remotely via the website of Glavkosmos online store (hereinafter referred to as the “Online Store”) located at www.glavstore.com.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") is a public offer of the Seller to an indefinite circle of persons for concluding with the Seller an agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement ") for the remote sale of goods presented in the Online Store (hereinafter referred to as the "Goods") under the terms and conditions provided for in this Offer.
1.2. Ordering of the Goods selected in the Online Store (hereinafter referred to as the "Order") and their delivery to the address specified in the Order Form by a person who intends to order or purchase the Goods solely for personal, family, household, and other needs not related to business purposes (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") shall mean the Buyer's consent and agreement with the terms and conditions of this Offer.
1.3. The Seller shall have the right to unilaterally amend this Offer without notifying the Buyer. Any changes and amendments to this Offer shall come into force from the moment the new revision of this Offer is published on the website of the Online Store.
1.4. The validity period of this Offer is not limited unless otherwise indicated on the website of the Online Store.
1.5. The Seller provides the Buyer with complete and reliable information about the Goods on the website of the Online Store in the goods description in accordance with the requirements of the laws of the Russian Federation.
2. PRICE OF GOODS AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE
2.1. The price for each item of the Goods shall be set by the Seller and indicated on the website of the Online Store in the goods description.
2.2. The change by the Seller of the price for the Goods paid by the Buyer shall not be allowed.
2.3. The Seller shall indicate the cost of the Goods delivery on the website of the Online Store, or shall inform the Buyer about it when making the Order through the Operator (the person who accepts the Order by telephone).
2.4. The Buyer's obligations to pay for the Goods shall be considered fulfilled from the moment the money is received to the Seller's account.
2.5. Payments for the Goods between the Seller and the Buyer shall be made in the ways indicated on the website of the Online Store in the section Payment Terms.
3. ORDERING
3.1. Goods ordering shall be carried out by the Buyer through the Order service on the website of the Online Store that is located in the shopping cart page with the selected Goods, or through the 1-Click Order service on the website of the online store that is located in the goods description page. An Order can also be placed through the quick view mode, or by calling to the Operator.
3.2. When registering on the website of the Online Store, the Buyer shall provide the following registration information:
3.2.1. Buyer’s last name, first name; and
3.2.2. E-mail address.
3.3. If the Seller needs additional information from the Buyer, the Seller shall have the right to request it from the Buyer.
3.4. If the Buyer provides false registration information, or the Buyer does not provide the necessary additional information to the Seller, the Seller shall not be responsible for the delivery and hand over of the Goods selected by the Buyer.
3.5. The name, quantity, assortment, vendor code, price of the Goods selected by the Buyer shall be indicated in the Buyer's shopping cart on the website of the Online Store.
3.6. When placing an Order through the Operator, the Buyer shall provide the information specified in clause 3.2. and clause 3.3. of this Offer to the Operator orally.
3.7. The order is made by entering the relevant data by the Buyer into the Order Form on the website of the Online Store or by calling the Operator.
3.8. After placing the Order through the Operator, the data about the Buyer shall be registered in the Seller's database.
3.9. The Seller shall not be responsible for the content and accuracy of the information provided by the Buyer when placing the Order.
3.10. The Buyer shall be responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing an Order.
3.11. The agreement between the Seller and the Buyer shall be considered concluded from the moment the Seller issues to the Buyer a sales slip or receipt, or other document confirming payment for the Goods.
4. DELIVERY AND TRANSFER OF THE GOODS TO THE BUYER
4.1. The Seller shall provide the Buyer with the Goods delivery service in one of the ways indicated on the website of the Online Store in the Delivery section.
4.2. If the concluded Agreement includes Goods delivery to the Buyer, the Seller shall deliver the Goods to the delivery address indicated by the Buyer.
To deliver the Goods to the address indicated by the Buyer, the Seller can use the services of third parties.
4.3. The Buyer shall indicate the Goods delivery address when filling out the Order Form.
4.4. The Goods delivery time shall be indicated when filling out the Order Form.
4.5. The delivered Goods shall be handed over to the Buyer; in the absence of the Buyer it shall be handed over to any person who has presented a receipt or other document confirming the conclusion of the Agreement or ordering Goods delivery.
4.6. Information about the Goods shall be brought to the attention of the Buyer in the technical specifications attached to the Goods, on the labels, through markings, or in another way established for certain types of goods.
4.7. Information on the mandatory conformity of the Goods shall be submitted in the manner and in the ways established by the laws of the Russian Federation on technical regulation.
4.8. The Buyer shall fulfill all customs formalities, customs procedures, and also shall pay the duties and levies applicable by the laws of the Buyer's country when importing the Goods into the Buyer's country.
5. PURCHASE RETURN
5.1. The terms and procedure for Goods returning are described on the website of the Online Store in the Return section.
6. LIABILITIES
6.1. For failure to fulfill or improper fulfillment of obligations, the Seller and the Buyer shall be liable in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
